I would imagine that is a factor but on its own
I'm not sure it would be responsible for the success? Is it because someone famous owned it (I think there is a Newman daytona) or more importantly, is there something in this be it movement etc that is not in some of the other daytonas? Doesn't sound logical to me for that to be the case but that's just me.
