I have small wrist, and fully understand your situation.
May I suggest a solution that might easily solve the problem : Reverse the clasp .
That's exactly what I did to my 16570, and now it fits my wrist perfectly.
The only thing to be warned is that you need to get used to operating the clasp in a not-so-common way. But that's not a big deal for me.
With the clasp reversed and the micro-adjustment via the holes, you should be able to get a nice fit.

Go for a more modern one and remove two or three links.

You have two basic options bracelet 7836 or newer 78360
