Actually since years I was always in search of a tool watch that I could bang around and use it with no fuss, something to swim with, go to the gym, catch fish or climb a mountain, but I wanted something good, a Blancpain, maybe an Iwc? A Rolex, a VC Over...

It’s nice to have that validation. I had to track it down, which was much of the fun.

On my side if I need to work too much to find or get access to a reference i tend to focus somewhere else unfortunately - but i hear you on the thrill of it!
