Hello Jeff! But some strange reason...
... I love Nato straps on other wrists, but hate how it looks on mine.
I just keep a few Natos, at hand, which came with some watches, and soon discarded.
I like the sporty and audacious looks it gives to your DD and looks good on your wrist.
Now, I love the look of a Day Date in a nice set of leather straps. They look discrete, elegant, and low profile, and change completely the character of the watch to a more "tranquile" mood.
Here is my own c. 1967 reference 1803 with leather straps I like to wear.
Hope you like it in spite of not being Nato!

much more reasonable and just sporty enough. My daily choice is a dark tan Corfam , a good compromise for me ...
