The Triple 6....
Not the most comfortable watch, foir sure, maybe not the most elegant, but do we really care?
It is a lovely watch, a kind of " Bad Boy ", with a strong character, and a lot of charm.
Aaah, between circield and pinted indexes, I'd go on painted: the dial is more impressive, to me, and it is really the link between 2 worlds: The Vintage ( painted indexes ) and Modern ( sapphire ).

It is the Muhammad Ali of watches. Its big. Its strong. It is full of character. And it floats like a butterfly. Well actually no, it doesn't float like a butterfly at all. Its a brute, but it is elegant in its brutishness. I love mine....

Doug, i agree this "triple 6" are such amazing watches that you don't care thats thicker than a "classic" Sub! Congrats for this catch, it seems GORGEOUS... I also felt in love some months ago with this "early Rolex saphyre" (and don't forget it's also th...
