Bracelet stretch with heavy lifting.
I do a lot of heavy lifting, and I’ve recently started to notice what seems like gradual bracelet stretch—likely from wrist flexing and strong gripping over time. I never saw this with my Deepsea, but I’m beginning to notice it on my 2022 Daytona. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Why are you lifting weights in a Daytona
Seems both risky and unnecessary. Just saying.

I lift weights with my Sinn u50 and haven't noticed any bracelet issues
Maybe throw it on a rubber strap? I work out with a watch too because I don't do much jumpy shit, just lift.. and I love not having to look at my phone.

I do a lot of lifting as well but I can’t do this with a watch on the wrist tbh .
It just doesn’t feel comfortable and also i understand that these are sports watches but i don’t their ment to be worn in a gym . More for sailing or driving or mountain climbing etc .

Thanks to those who answered the actual question about bracelet stretch. As for the “Why wear a Daytona while working out?”: Rolex built these watches to handle far more than a gym session, and it seems a shame to let a perfectly capable timepiece sit out...
This suggestion may help
prevent future stretch, don't wear it at the gym. I've never been in a gym that didn't have a clock on the wall, many of them.
I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing a nice watch to the gym but it does make sense to wear it a little looser to account for wrist expansion. If not for mechanical sympathy than at least so it isn't taking away from your workout.
