Comex 5513 and the mf 1680 Red Submarner. These are close cousins the Comex gaining a small advantage with helium release valve. Both watches express a strong character and are very happy to be near the ocean. Individually each one has distinct visual key...

There is no denying the Comex logo on the dial is a nice feature but this one came like this from the original owner diver and I have the full provenance diver pictures and everything. So yes I am very happy with this discreet version. Only the specialize...

You say 200 of these were made?

The first batch was almost experimental as it was never a commercial release just designed for the commercial diver. Thefirstnumber I heard was 150 but I saw one marked 197. Best Bill

Bill, many of my thoughts have already been written, so may I just add my congratulations to you. :) What more could a Rolex collector ask for! Like many have said, that 5513 reminds me of a "Wolf in sheep's clothing" if only it could talk, I bet that it ...
