An incredible tutorial Jocke! Question...
Several years ago, I got curious about what sorts of jigs/tools were used to remove "permanent" links from Oyster bracelets, and I recall finding an informative video where Michael Young showed how he did it.
Question: What's the tool on the right side of your top photo used for? I'm not able to figure that out. I see that the left tool is a press to reinsert the pins, and the center tool is used to separate/remove the pins, but I'm not sure what the right tool does. Can you share that?

Yes, tho my wife had a rebuild 'fixed', yet it eventually failed. I guess bracelet parts need to be replaced, too, not just the press-in bits.
Was curious if LT Red would have helped, you're right Jocke. Guess the bracelet rebuilder went cheap instead of also replacing the end bracelet bits too.

I always find this repair magical. Is it correct that only the worn (narrowed) pins are replaced, while both the solid and hollow link of the jubilee bracelet are preserved? Best Henry
