You may want to start at your local watch maker. They usually have parts or know where to get the parts. Not sure which neck of the woods you are to recommend a source for parts. On of the biggest sources for all kinds of parts is Otto Frei a quick search will get you right there.

I think most jewelers could repair the gold link. However the stainless link would need to be laser welded and then drilled. It would cost more that buying replacement parts. The pins are straight forward and watch repair shop will have access to the pins...
