The Rolex Daytona SS Black face is their number #1 sought after version in stainless steel. It is also a big seller in the YG models. So I am not concerned. If that ever happened it would be similar to the rumor of Rolex adding a date to the watch. Thanks for you good wishes that my watch would be a special edition. Matt

Just reviewing the 2009 post-Basel Rolex website and the Daytona is SS with black dial is noticeably absent in black dial. They show all dial colors of all other references... even jeweled combos but the black-dial Dayto is nowhere to be seen! You may wel...
