As an owner of both, I would say that it would really depend on the use of the watch. The Deapsea is a neat piece, but it does have its drawbacks (like the ability to wear french cuffs with the watch on). However, the Milgauss scratches very easily, so if that is the kind of thing that will bother you,I would stay away. But much like everyone else says, you can't go wrong either way. Word of warning though, if you wear the Milgauss and are around kids a lot, be prepared to hear them call it the Harry Potter watch, it has happened to me no less than 10 times.
