Yes,
dms, That information does help and is on topic. I agree the RM Croc
skin is up there with the better straps. How about the connector system?
We all know it is different than the traditional spring bar on many
other watches. How long do you expect it to last? Do you feel it is a
better system than other manufacturers use. Has the R & D department
of RM hit a home run with this connector system?
And
lastly you state you expect the RM croc strap you wear on your RM 010
to last as long as other high grade straps, You have already had it for 3 years and alternate with a rubber strap, Could you and others please reply with a "time
frame" of your expectations of RM croc straps useful life span. 50 yrs, 20
yrs, 5 yrs, 3 months etc.
I
realize there is certainly no right or wrong answer, just curious as to
"you all's" expectations when you buy a RM croc strap as to
specifically how long until you think you will have to replace it because it will no long hold the watch on your wrist?
Thanks for the input

Hey everyone, Thanks for the opinions, I made an after purchase of croc strap with deployant as I liked the dressy look better than the one that came with my rm 002 watch. As Riddler pointed ou,t I looked on the back and 05 numbers are embossed on the ski...

Hello bendannie, OK, so this is one of the new(er) titanium connectors. Normally they are tough as nails, so it is not so typical that yours went wrong. The older ones did give a lot of issues at one time (which is what I first thought about) as they had ...
