I like RM a lot and would love to own one. Early examples particularly.
It is a negative that they have become so trendy and fashionable, but from the companies standpoint I can't think of many brands who out the gate, watches or anything else, have absolutely hit it out of the park both with marketing and demand for their product. Watches have become such a crazy thing in the last decade, it really is something to see this transformation in the industry spread through the masses like it has. Usually when this happens with most products they become more available at cheaper prices, not these kind of watches. I tell my non watch friends to look these kind of watches as art or high end cars. I came into RM when they just came out with the RM 011, it is a watch that really got me interested in the higher end watches and lead me to all these other great brands, I am so happy I did. Love or hate RM, they could not have done it any better.
