I've tried the RM033 on my small but flat wrist (16cm).
It looks nice but the rubber strap needs to be bent too.
You need to try it at your size in order to see if it will do.
The case's shape will be perfect on your wrist so as the thickness but my question is about the beginning of the rubber strap from the lugs.
The RM010, for me is a great RM. As you talk about the sleeves, the case is thicker than a RM016 or RM033 and it might be an issue for you from what I understand.
Much more easy to hide under a sleeve than the big cases (RM011, RM030 etc...) but yet it may not go "automatically" underneath: you'll have to help it a little compared to the RM016.
As a reminder the the thickness is=> RM016=8.2 RM033=6.3 RM010=13.8
