Thanks to Andrew and Richard Mille - USA for running a very enjoyable
contest. And a big thanks to Allen for finding the picture. I had
been surfing the web in my spare time for three days trying to find a
photo and was even on the CIA's website searching their data base of
world leaders as a cross reference. My wife thought I was crazy. I
had all but given up when I checked back and saw Allen's post. I was just lucky to be at the right place at the right time.
