Richard Mille

if i was u...

... i wouldn't pay a single $. Tell them to fix it, polish it, seal it again the way they want, but let them do something about it, and quickly!! ... and apologise to u for the inconvienance. Otherwise, take back the watch, tell her goodbye,  open it, take off the mechanism piece by piece, take some high def photos of it, and put them online on all the forums u can find online. Title the post "The heart of a RM after 4 years".
Don't accept an answer such as the seal is defectuous, and air attacked the pieces inside, which are pieces of art, etc... Don't accept also, that these things happen because we are talking about handmade pieces etc... Its becoming like the excuses that is so comfortable to hide behind.
To fix ur problem, all u got is a book and a word from Mr Mille and a hat. If i was u , i'd take the hat, put it on the head of that person that is handling ur case at RM. Make sure the hat is well fixed by knocking the book in her head. And tell her to send it to Mr Mille so that he fixes it himself, and this time, there'd better be no more sealing problem.
Ur story isn't an exception. All u can do is fight, never accept the unaceptable and let as much ppl as u can know about it. Sorry for u.
