I wll say because the number 13....
Isn't used in Formula 1 racing after 2 drivers died in crashes while carrying the number 13. Number 13 is considered to be an unlucky number and many hotels etc don't have a 13th floor in case it upsets anybody (assuming they have more than 13 floors of course)....and I'm sure RM doesn't want to upset anybody.
