good question and no novice question - had the same several times..even in very early catalogs the RM011 was rated to 100m...
But as you know...it depends not only on that...there is no 100% assurance to be water resistant, even it is a diver watch.
I heard from many others, they went swimming with their RM011, me too....

Novice question but would like to understand why RM005 has a depth rating of 100M and subsequent releases such as RM010 and RM029 has 50M. Did they become more conservative or is there a difference in construction? Other reasons? Much appreciate any thoug...
