But I would call it "naked" rather than skeletonized. For a me skeleton movement is hand finished

dsgalaxy1, Much material has been removed from the solid movement plates of the 1200P to make the skeleton 1200S. Hand finishing is also evident. Mainplate: hand bevelling Balance bridge: hand drawing.....burnishing of the angles. Regards, MTF...

When I was researching the Altiplano and Ultrathin movements for the Piaget quiz I kept thinking how nice this watch would be in a more wearable size, so this is an answered prayer. And the micro rotor visible from the front should animate the dial nicely... 

... and that was to emphatically drive home how thin the watch was. It looked great in profile, and made a 'statement' on the wrist, but it didnt strike me as elegant, which is what this watch should be. And when I am buying brands like Piaget and Chopard... 

...was the 43mm that I think does not match the ultimate dress watch, an ultra-thin. This skeleton is technically and 'designly' fantastic.

39mm would do it. ;-) The only other observation (NOT criticism) is that a larger balance wheel would be lovely to see. It looks like there might be a bit of room to play with, especially if the balance bridge were re-shaped. MTF, your powers of persuasio...
