The only other observation (NOT criticism) is that a larger balance wheel would be lovely to see. It looks like there might be a bit of room to play with, especially if the balance bridge were re-shaped.

When I was researching the Altiplano and Ultrathin movements for the Piaget quiz I kept thinking how nice this watch would be in a more wearable size, so this is an answered prayer. And the micro rotor visible from the front should animate the dial nicely...
The 43mm diameter did one thing ...
... and that was to emphatically drive home how thin the watch was. It looked great in profile, and made a 'statement' on the wrist, but it didnt strike me as elegant, which is what this watch should be. And when I am buying brands like Piaget and Chopard...
The only thing I did not like on the Piaget Altiplano...
...was the 43mm that I think does not match the ultimate dress watch, an ultra-thin. This skeleton is technically and 'designly' fantastic.
