Wow, so impressive!
I had to look up 'flinque' and then finding out that it is engraved just blew me away. It reminds me of carbon fiber. I am with you about the indices though. It is so hard to say because the design is a geometrical work of art and to cover any part of it up would be a shame. There's beauty in the simplicity of it but functionality is important too. I'm not sure I would be able to appreciate the design if I was constantly annoyed that I couldn't tell the exact time.

What do you think of this piece? I personally love the color, and the extraordinary flinqué dial. Although, I am torn about whether or not I would prefer that it have some indices to facilitate time-telling. On one hand, I think the unobstructed dial best...

...but I am definitely with you on that feeling of annoyance at not being able to tell time. Isn't it funny how these little things matter? Piaget puts so much effort into their enamel-work. I'm very impressed at how their watches marry various different ...
