I love the dial...
...but I am definitely with you on that feeling of annoyance at not being able to tell time. Isn't it funny how these little things matter? Piaget puts so much effort into their enamel-work. I'm very impressed at how their watches marry various different decorative techniques.

I had to look up 'flinque' and then finding out that it is engraved just blew me away. It reminds me of carbon fiber. I am with you about the indices though. It is so hard to say because the design is a geometrical work of art and to cover any part of it ...
