I think Nice....
Hi Daos,
For some reason I am drawn to case shapes other than round for dress watches. My current three dress watches are square, rectangular, and an asymetric case. Hence the Emperador calls to me because its an intersting twist on a rectangular case.
Yet, more so than with most other brands I like Piaget's round Altiplanos. Although the base model Altiplano is very slim, it has great presence and it does call to me. Its elegant without being borring. And as for the Double, how cool is that? Press a button and another elegant dial is revealed. Its a nice surprise. I also like that its not rediculously thick.
I guess I'll just have to see how the rest of the year goes.

The more I see them the more I like the models from the Altiplano line. I would gladly accept the GOA34113 which is the rose gold model with small seconds at 10/11 o'clock. The classic ultra thin rose Altiplano GOA 31114 would also be a nice holiday treat...

Moonphase! PIAGET Emperador coussin moon phase
A little bird once told me that the ladies appreciate watches with a moonphase. What do you think Daos? This particular moonphase watch I've mentioned from Piaget is accurate enough to only require a one day adjustment every 122 years.
