Emperador Coussin Tourbillon

Apr 06, 2023,02:25 AM

I still vividly remember when this gorgeous timepiece was first introduced, if I'm not mistaken in 2011. I still find it to easily be one of the most beautiful traditional tourbillon dress watches ever made. I would love to see it in the metal at some point in time, luck permitting.... What are your thoughts of it!?........

without a doubt unique enough to mostly be an acquired taste ........

Bezel seems a little thick, can't discern the hands well, dial side micro rotor (unless one of their Uber thin pieces) not my style. Would still want to see it. Things take on a different light in the real.

That's certainly where my point of seeing it for real stems from. It does however belong to their ultra-thin case category....

If I'm not mistaken, the tourbillon originally retailed around $200K. I googled used ones and there is one for sale on a reputable site for $75-76K. Pretty good if you ask me........

Even more traditional!

I remember seeing this watch (online) when it came out and I had a similar reaction to the OP. I think it's beautiful and the only change I'd likely make would be to color the hands so I could see them a little better against all the other metal. I suppos...

That definitely makes sense to me!
