Good photos of your little lizard friend... I think you could go a little higher with the ISO so as to increase the shutter speed and freeze any motion... f/6.5 for DOF... 247mm is a unique FL... was it a zoom?
Of the butterfly images, I prefer the first one, and I might be tempted to clone out that dark spot on the back wall... very colorful...
