Originally scheduled to run from February 27 ~ March 1, 2020 in Yokohama, Japan. The exhibition has been cancelled due to health concerns. One has to wonder about the status of the 2020 summer Olympics... Message from the organizers of the event on Friday...  

It was announced today (Monday 17-Feb) that only invited runners will participate... I understand that to be less than 200 participants. The General Public will not be allowed to participate. Casey

the organizers are doing the right thing. The Olympics are still a ways in the future and well past traditional flu ‘season.’ I was wondering if there will be a hit in general tourism from China...I remember seeing a lot of Chinese tourists in the fancy s... 

I don't remember the exact numbers but visitors from China to Japan are impacted to the max... one does avoid crowds and public events as a precaution, most are wearing masks and washing hands often is the general rule. Japan pro-baseball teams have start... 

But recent years I enjoy a good Yokohama BayStars or Fukuoka Hawks game... Casey
