Aroma therapy that is a good roast .... With Christmas round the corner , time for festivities and feasting ! Just dun expect Turkey ... Peking duck rules where I am ...

The photo and your comments brought up some food thoughts... As you mentioned, the choice in your area might be Peking Duck, the Olde English choice was Christmas Goose if I remember correctly... When I grew up it was lefse (soft Norwegian flatbread) and ... 

Did I spell that right ? A good tonkatsu , any time , any day ! Some how bokeh looks so right with food ....... ...  

Kurobuta (黒豚) the local name for pork from Berkshire hogs is considered by some to be the equivalent of Kobe Beef... I very rarely eat beef or pork and とんかつ (deep fried port cutlet) is definitely off diet :( But sooo tasty... Casey
