All taken with a Canon SX70 HS camera I bought on Saturday
I've had 4 Sony digital cameras, but the last one broke around Christmas. I've been shopping for months, never found the PERFECT ONE, and so made a desperation buy before going on vacation next week. I'm using mostly the Auto settings at the moment. The first day I was unsure, but now I am getting a feel for how it works. Haven't read the manual - that will come later when I have time to sit still.
It's relatively low risk at $550 for 20 megapixels and 65x power zoom. It suits my journalistic needs and will work from the deck of a cruise ship. When we come back I may spring for another, more "pro" camera. But I am liking it for now...
