Last night in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture Just a quick turn around trip, great to be out of the house. I always opt for the take-out sushi, sorry no photos Thanks for looking, Casey . ...  

Some weeks for me this my only out of the house activities! Needless to say I have come to enjoy the supermarket way more then pre-COVID

The deli goods are individually wrapped, and there's plastic around the cashier... How I would love to be deep in the snow drifts up North Where they're having the worst (or best) winter in years In the mean time, let's enjoy the goods on aisle nine... Ca... 

...there was a shop in my old neighborhood where they had a refrigerator on the sidewalk filled with fresh containers of delicious fish. We probably ordered from them once a week. Oishikatta desu!

Less volume and better quality is the best approach, at the super the eyes are bigger than the stomach... おみあげ plus a small salad - ほたて is always my favorite. Casey .

no sushi nor sashimi for me and family for a year now, we only consume cooked food at this very juncture. Stay safe while have a bit of fun

likewise no problem regarding fruit with skin such as mikans, bananas, peeled apples. tomatoes, etc. I do take care when eating with my hands, such as [chicken] burgers, snacks, etc. Absolutely no issue with sake... Take care and be as active as appropria...

They have in-house branded goods and recently expanded the parking area by about 25%. Orderly definitely describes the store ; ) Casey
