My new 5726 is only a week old, and today on 1st Dec the watch reads Monday 1 Nov !!!! I cannot believe that such an expensive watch has such an important function already faulty. Called Wempe the AD. I have to go into London to have it looked at. Already... 

for such a watch and the movement should be a mature one. If it was me, I will try to set the calendar (according to manual instructions, of course) to Nov 31st again, then manual adjust the hours forward past midnight to verify the problem. Good luck! Rg... 

but it sometimes does so best bet is to have it sent back for checking. alternatively you can try what was suggested but it might happen again.

Wempe Bond Street set the time. And it turns out they did it incorrectly causing the month to stick! Assured by PP that there is no damage. Watch being sent back tomorrow, with a gift from Wempe of a leather strap in a year's time.

It's happen to my PP 5960 too. I fix it by use pusher to set month first then set the day to 1st and then push the pusher from 1st to 30th till pass month. Set the month to Nov and use pusher to 30th in the morning then wind minute hand pass midnight . I ...
