Sorry to hear that, it's not supposed to happen....
for such a watch and the movement should be a mature one.
If it was me, I will try to set the calendar (according to manual instructions, of course) to Nov 31st again, then manual adjust the hours forward past midnight to verify the problem.

but it sometimes does so best bet is to have it sent back for checking. alternatively you can try what was suggested but it might happen again.

The AD needed to read the manual!
Wempe Bond Street set the time. And it turns out they did it incorrectly causing the month to stick! Assured by PP that there is no damage. Watch being sent back tomorrow, with a gift from Wempe of a leather strap in a year's time.
