enamel dials
Was reading a bit more about enamel dials and came across an article on another wellknown watch website.
they said there was only 1 person who makes enamel pieces for patek.
You will know her name.... Suzanne Rohr
a living legend
but is she really the only one?
I'm sure thee are not that many who can make enamel pieces because it is a difficult art
Anita Porchet isanother name I heard before, I believe she works for jaquet droz.
so, is Suzanne Rohr really the only one?
Patek makes some calatrava watches with enamel dkal, a few solar clocks and probably a few pocket watches.
a d few dozen 5131worldtimers per year.... is this the work of just 1 person?
is every 5131 made by Suzanne Rohr?
why is it so difficult to find good and reliable info on this subject?
