A weird raised enamel logo on a suspicious 570...
I have been obsessed with champleve enamel signature on Patek watch lately. I come across one ref 570 recently, It is known that 570 has raised enamel signature till around mid 60s, I saw one that's towards end 60s and spot 'hard raised enamel logo". At first glance, I thought it is a printed logo. The dealer insists that it is raised enamel. I use a loupe to check again and in deed the Patek lettering is raised. It looks very sharp and fresh. What's weird about it is that the enamel lettering just sit on top of the dial. Usually when I see an enamel signature, it is tightly attached to the dial and the surrounding of the lettering will be slightly embossed too. But this specimen only has the lettering raised but the dial surrounding it totally flat.
I'm wondering if this can be an example when someone actually recreated the raised enamel lettering after the fact. The Swiss logo at 6 o'clock is also weird. It is very difficult to be seen, I have to tilt the watch at an extreme angle to barely see the SWISS wording.
I wonder if anyone has such experience with Vintage 570 or any Vintage Patek. My first hunch was that the dial is not original and may even be a recreation, a good recreation but slightly big (that's why the SWISS wording is hard to read}. I may be wrong here but interesting experience.

as it will be kind of rude to do that and post. If you base on the previous image of your 570, you can see the highlight around the enamel signature. This particular piece will not have that even with spot light.
