Performance Gap

It appears everything is going as it should. If you noted in your correspondence if the watch needs to be sent to Geneva to do so, their response which lacked the time frame for the estimate does not mean a lack of attention, rather that they have understood your request and will notify you once an estimate is received from Geneva.
There was a time, it still may be so today, where watches needing to go to Geneva were sent every two weeks where upon receipt they are checked in, examined, and an estimate determined and sent to HSWA who in turn notifies you. That process takes some time and may be the reason you were not given a time frame for your estimate.
The letter you received is an acknowledgement of the receipt of your watch and they have read and understood your wishes.
