Looks like a very light tan, or pale brown as you say. I was just reflecting in general about clothes and accessories with certain ‘feminine’ colors that I like myself. It’s all about the wearer.

What color is that exactly? It transitions very nicely from the dial.
I not sure about the feminine characterization of the watch since I (and many others) love wearing pinks, purple, violet ties, dress shirts, etc. So I can see this extending to accessories…it’s all about the man and how he wears it, which I think everyone...

Definitely not. It’s very pale/light brown. Without yellowish tint. Really a darker version of the dial

And I understand men can wear pink…as a tie or shirt. For a watch band for me it would be over the top. D

I had a chance to buy at a really fair price but... balked! While I do not regret it... somehow this is not MY Patek...I still nonetheless LOVE it.
