Wow, congrats, then it must be the /100 version of mine (officially "Cinque Terre", which is then Boccadasse :-), as in the picture below taken from the web:
They were both produced in 2018, so he probably received it from a previous collector, but I remember seeing a /100 also on IG (when I stil could view it without an account), from a male collector in LA...
Not my preference, but it's definitely possible to pull it off for a man as well. As a curiosity, I never knew the exact number of pieces produced for each reference (and it's not on the documents, unlike for other rare handcrafts), but I was told it's indeed 3 to 5. Would love it if your friend/collector posts a picture of his piece here!

Let me try: a) Looks fine in terms of size, but the design and dial pattern are IMO quite feminine; b) For your point 3, only the 5077 for Ladies (5077/100) have a diamond bezel, tough I admit those are more unisex; but most importantly, c)...
c) I need my dinner, so keep going after the Greenies my friend and don't look at your wife's watch!

But the 4947R/G etc are not , only difference are diamonds 💎 Yes that one is quite appealing but I already have 2 A-C from them so that’s why I requested the 5236P this time, hopefully next year if stars aligned 👌🏻
