Curiously, I would say 5960P.

Grey dial, for me. I waved a long time on this reference, as I am not a fan of the annual calendar. A Date, yes. A Triple Date, why not? A Perpetual Calendar is the King's choice. But an annual calendar??? Well, I would have said yes immediately if it did...

6000 RG is the code that opens the vault to my heart!

Quite poetic formulated, I know, but it is how it is: Patek's loveliest offering from last year. I can only guess that a YG version could be prettier than the RG one, but that is just a guess. Regards Moritz

Hey Dje. What happened to the 5105???? [nt]

What would it be replaced with?

 By: SJJM : December 29th, 2011-23:11
Hi jtenge, what would 5711-1A be replaced with? Just curious. Thanks.

I was not given specifics by the PP rep I met with...

I was told the 5711 would be discontinued and replaced with a newly designed Nautilus. If I had to guess, they will make the case bigger. If they do that, though, I am not sure it is an improvement as I feel the current size is just right for me. I guess ...

Thanks jtenge

 By: SJJM : January 4th, 2012-22:32
Thanks jtenge for the insight info. I also hope they wouldn't do that either, since I think 5711 case size is just perfect for a Nautilus Concept (However, I do feel that 5711 case is slightly thicker and not as wide as of 3710 or 3700 which I feel to be ...

Cost no object, then 5207. However, in reality it will be nothing as....

 By: ticktocktimesup : December 28th, 2011-12:18
.... Patek pricing policy and recent weak introductions of new models has made me shift Patek from my list of 'hot' to 'not' Better pieces out there. Patek for me at the moment is about the brand name, in terms of intrinsic value they are behind the pack ...

If money and availability was not an option.........

 By: Topcat30093 : December 29th, 2011-01:46
Without a shadow of doubt it would be either the 5207 or the new 5208. In reality it will be nothing, as the PP prices have now gone to high. And to cap it all, two days ago, I caught my beloved 5205 and cracked the sapphire glass, so it will shortly be r...

My choices for 2012...

 By: Mike Wood : December 29th, 2011-02:48
I remain a great fan of the PP 5016P, so this would be my grail Patek. At a more realistic level, if the 5205 becomes available in rose gold, I will buy one. And the 5235 is on my shopping list... Best wishes to all for 2012! MW

Functional cool and useful Also steel maybe more appropriate for the times Price is a bit steep

5205 black dial for me.

 By: radone : December 29th, 2011-06:36
It would be my first annual calendar and probably one of my daily beaters. It seems enough versatile to be worn with both jeans and suits. All the best for 2012, R

Easy.... 5712/1A [nt]

Easy the Patek 5235P. Henry Hoe

I've 2 in mind !

 By: dirost : January 3rd, 2012-08:46
Since I've tried a 5110 a few months ago and a 5146 a few weeks ago, 2012 will be the Patek's year for me : - a 5110 P or R - a 5146 G with its slate/grey dial On both families, I think that there is no better than Patek : Worldtime and QA. Of course QA i...

I would have the 5980

 By: nautilus : January 3rd, 2012-11:17
Whilst I love nearly every Patek to look at, the 5980 is the only one that looks any good on my wrist.
