Well,I really like the perp
I find many more elements in the perp vs the regulator. I do really like the regulator dial look, but there is more to the perp from my perspective. The perp has no crushing of numbers, raised numerals, unique case, beautiful movement, and a 3/6/9 balance. I do agree both are very nice. This is more personal than anything else.

There is no symmetry in the dial of the 5235G
because the day-aperture on the dial is larger than the month-aperture. Do you see that as a flaw or a deliberate choice? ...
no watch is perfectly symmetrical....
