Welcome (back) to my forum! ;-) An interesting question with a scholarly flavor which deserves a good answer :-) So here's mine....

As you well know, steel is an uncommon choice of metal for Patek, and for obvious reasons, is even more rarely associated with the Grand Complications catalog. In fact, the *current* catalog features as many as....zero "A" references!
The configuration you are asking for (Grand Complication in steel, with a blue dial and Breguet numerals) is of course on an even higher level of exclusivity... But interestingly, as I was looking this up, it turns out that at least one other example besides this 5950/1A-010 was officially produced in recent years
Below is the magnificent Ref. 5016A-010....a piece unique Patek created seven years ago, one the occasion of the charity auction "Only Watch" 2015:

This extraordinary Patek did not come with a bracelet, but I'm sure its owner would have had no problem to receive it as a "/1A" from Geneva after winning the auction, if they so chose... Therefore, you can consider your extra requirement of a bracelet to (almost) be satisfied as well! ;-))
With this brief search I could not spot more recent public references satisfying your criteria, so it will be interesting to see if other knowledgeable collectors weigh in with further models!
BTW, is that equally stunning 5950/1A-010 (a limited edition of 10) yours?? I know you already have several remarkable pieces....and this one is truly up there as well!
Thanks for a very interesting contribution! FabR (Patek moderator for WatchProSite)
