Update & resolution
As with Thurmond's case mine was fixed in a few hours free of charge at Henri Stern in NYC, the crown is perfect now.
As for the lower pusher that seems to be slightly off, they did notice this and water tested the watch and found it to be watertight as well as mechanically stable, so they recommended that I keep enjoying the watch as is for now. The pusher is apparently something that cannot be handled in NYC and has to be sent back to Geneva as part of casework operation and would take at least 4 weeks in addition to 2~4 weeks for evaluation. They suggested that this be taken care of during the next routine maintenance/overhaul.
As a bonus they regulated the watch so now it is within 4s/day (it was apparently running fast at 11s/day before).
Thanks to everyone for the assistance on this matter!
