I didn't find the "ultmiate" source but this will help I think.

This 3970 goal is a very nice project and provides very good value for money (historical, finishing, technical, aesthetics etc...).

The volumes in the links are of course rough estimates but it gives an idea of the proportions between series.

It starts from a different dial and clipped caseback (not waterproof) and leaf hands+specific markers+serif fonts to screwed and see-through case back, with stick hands, rectangular markers no serif, waterproof...

And a mix of all those in the middle!
