The watch is authentic
Hi,
As said earlier we do not discuss value here.
What i can say is that the watch is an authentic Patek Philippe.
The rotor is 22 carat gold but the case is 18 carat.
It is a very fine watch and quite beautifully skeletonized.
I can't say the precise ref now but I'll search later if nobody gives it.
Do you really want to sell it?

This seems to be a standard Patek 3878 skeleton. It is an expensive object, which can be sold thru ebay or auction; I am sure that many members of this forum would be prepared to buy it. Edmund
