The 5170 is and wears thinner
and is more elegant than the austere Lange. I kind of prefer the Lange over the Patek here. All a matter of taste.

I own the 5170P and it is a wonderful dress or everyday watch, yes even with the diamond hour markers, the 1815 wears bigger and IMHO does not fit the standard of a dress watch as well as the 5170...Jim
