The offer itself...
depends on how it was delivered. From your words, it does seem mercenary and would look to be offensive. However, IF one perhaps takes a step back and realize the game enthusiasts for this brand have to play, this could be a stepping stone to getting to the REAL goodies. As an aside, it can also be looked at as a way to be on the good side of said AD. Of course, ONLY if this is an actual AD with actual ability to delivery REAL goodies.
As most know, PP seems to be severely allocating their REAL goodies to LONG time enthusiasts who have a PROVEN record of buying from ADs and with zero reselling within a relatively short period of time aka non-flipping. Long time enthusiasts in this case and in my opinion might mean to say a progressive purchasing through the years preferably through a single or at most two ADs recognized by PP as one of their premium dealers.
The watches being offered are not HOT HOT but are still wearable watches. It really depends on what other PPs you have, how much you like the 5960 and how little you like the watches being offered. Just my own two cents...
