I find this a disgraceful dodge on the part of the AD. Clearly(to me) they are trying to hold to the letter of a contract that states they can't sell a model above MSRP, but are trying to do just that. Depending on where you are, it might even be illegal, the US has strong consumer protection/false advertising laws, and this might break one of them
