The diamond on the platinum cases........
are not a big deal IMO. You don't even see the diamond unless you know to look for it. I can understand that the prices on Patek's platinum pieces are much higher than their gold models but the diamond placed on the bottom underside of the case should not detract you from buying one of their watches.
