The case size "fashion" is changing.....
.....yes, the one from the 70s is small, but actually I think that just doesn't matter on this watch. The fashion for bigger and bigger watches is over, I believe. I will now only buy a watch at 40mm or less..... big just looks...err...BIG. The Elipse has its style regardless of its size for me.

I assume that you already have bigger pieces in your collection..the proportion of the white gold and the others is just perfect (unless you really have a large wrist but it could still work). The platinum one that is much larger didn't look as good to me...
