I wasn't sure about the predecessor 5056 but with the imho strong improvements (flatter dial, applied arabics, straightened out minute markers, applied logo, contemporary size, quality strap wrapped around the case, innovative and better looking clasp/buckle, the missing "3", movement 324) I had to go for it! 
It grows on you
I must say that, like the Nautilus, the Aquanauts do not appeal as much until you see and experience them on your wrist. I am quite truly smitten by its understated and elegant sportiness. Thanks for the nice pics!
