strap change
hi - very simple - the rubber strap is removed like any strap by compressing the pin that holds it in place (best with a dedicated tool) - need to be a little careful as the stock rubber strap also has two small forward pointing pins (to the head) that locate it into the watch head

I must say that, like the Nautilus, the Aquanauts do not appeal as much until you see and experience them on your wrist. I am quite truly smitten by its understated and elegant sportiness. Thanks for the nice pics!
