Ref. 5075G "Birds of Paradise"
Released in 2002, this watch features a cloisonné enamel dial which depicts two Paradisaea rubra (Red Bird of Paradise). I had the chance to see a different birds of paradise design before and they do not disappoint; very striking watches.
The watch is 36mm in diameter and is powered by the automatic winding calibre 240/119.
Note the engraved depiction of birds on the mini-rotor.
It looks as if the artists at Patek Philippe based the dial design on this illustration.

It's called "Maki-E" painting and there's generally no engraving.
